A brief description of the project and its salient features is as follows.
· International
City is an integrated township located in Sectors 106, 108 and 109 in
Gurgaon, on the upcoming 150m wide Northern Peripheral Road (Dwarka
Expressway). The township is spread over approx. 150 acres, and
comprises of 665 luxury villas, more than 400,000 sq feet of commercial
space, a large club house and top-of-the-line recreational amenities,
along with facilities such as schools and nursing home.
· International
City is being developed jointly by QVC Realty Co, Sobha Developers and
Chintels Group. Villas are being developed in secured gated communities
in four phases.
· Phase-1
of the project has 199 villas. More than 75% of the units in Phase-1
have been sold, and construction is currently underway. All villas have
high-end specifications, and come fitted with central VRV
air-conditioning, elevators and 100% centralized power back-up.
· Phase-2
of the project was launched in May 2012. Phase-2 has 210 units, which
include 114 duplex villas (plot size 600 sq yds) and 96 independent
villas (plot size 400 and 500 sq yds).
· Duplex unit consists of two duplex villas on
a plot of size 600 sq yards (approx). The built-up area for the ‘Ground
Floor+Basement’ unit is 3493 sq ft, and for the ‘First Floor + Second
Floor’ unit is 4498 sq ft.
